玉米粗缩病的发生与病毒侵染时玉米植株的生育期关系密切。研究表明 ,普通玉米品种 6叶龄以下为敏感生育期 ,6叶龄以上为非敏感生育期。目前生产上种植的杂交玉米适播期较长 ,如能根据传毒昆媒灰飞虱的消长、传毒规律 ,合理确定玉米播种期 ,使玉米敏感生育期最大限度地避开灰飞虱传毒盛期 ,即可避免或大幅度减轻玉米粗缩病的危害。江苏盐城地区春玉米在 4月上中旬、夏玉米在 6月中旬播种 ,玉米粗缩病发生程度轻。因此 。
