摘要
本文基于大挠度理论导出了计及初始挠度、焊接残余应力、横向应力和垂向载荷等影响的加筋板格的有效带板宽度的理论计算公式。板中焊接残余应力的分布形式采用Faulkner模型 ;考虑了4种垂向载荷形式 :均布载荷、沿x方向的三角形分布载荷、沿y方向的三角形分布载荷、集中载荷。数值算例表明上述诸因素均对有效板宽有一定影响。
In this paper, analytical solutions for calculating the effective width of stiffened panel plating considering all the influences of initial deflection, residual stresses, transverse applied stresses and lateral loads have been derived based on the elastic large deflection theory. The residual stress distribution adopts the Faulkner model. Four types of different lateral loads have been considered. They are uniform lateral pressure, linear lateral pressure distribution in x direction, linear lateral pressure distribution in y direction and concentrated lateral load. Numerical examples are given and the results indicate that all these factors have some effect on the effective width. Therefore the present solutions provide a more accurate method for calculating the effective width of stiffened panel plating.
