摘要
通过对FMS运行控制过程中可能发生的各类故障的分析和总结 ,建立了FMS的故障树分析模型 ,在此基础上设计了FMS故障诊断处理软件系统 ,该系统功能全 ,并具有较强的实时性和并发性 。
A fault tree model of FMS is built,which is based on analysis and summarization of possible faults of FMS. Furthermore,the fault diagnosis software for FMS is develped,which has perfect functions.The reliability and repairable probability of FMS can be improved obviously by help of the software and the fault on-line monitoring system.
