摘要
通过选用一批有代表性的典型刀具对喷焊镍基高温合金材料进行刀具耐用度切削对比试验 ,找出了各自的耐用度公式。并且还借助于扫描电镜和电子探针观察刀具磨损区、切屑底面和工件已加工表面 ,由微区形貌和微区成份分析得出其刀具主要为磨粒磨损的结论 。
In this paper,the conrtrast test of tool life tart has been carried out spraying weld high temperature nickel base alloy with some selected typical tool materials And then throe tool life formulas have been derived.The wear land of tool,tear face of chip and the finished work surface have been examined with scanning electron microseope and electron probe.From microstructure and mierocomposition analysis,it has conduced that the tool wear is domimated mainly by abrasive particle wear,which is different from the wear mechanism of tool on cutting common high temperature nickel bared alloy.
