摘要
本文研究了化学包覆工艺对Ag_(80)(WC_(70)TiC_(30))_(17)C_3新型复合电接触材料粉体形貌和性能的影响。结果显示控制制粉工艺参数可使粉体有不同程度的聚集和不同的形貌,使粉体有不同的松装密度,而体材料具有不同的电阻率。
In the paper stress is made on the effect of morphology of powder particles prepared by chemical coating process on the properties of a new type composite electrocontact material - Ag80 ( WC70 TiC30 )17 C3. Results showed that by controlling the parameters in the process, the prepared powder could be with or without appreciate agglomerate, and had different size and form The powder had different topography would lead to different porosity and different electrical resistivity of the bulk electrocontact material.
