摘要
采用扫描电镜及光学显微镜对压铸机机架柱断裂进行了系统的分析,确定了其断裂形式属于疲劳断裂。分析结果表明,在机架柱上所进行的点焊是导致机架柱断裂的主要原因。
Fracture of press frame pillar was studied by using SEM and optical microscopy.The fracture was identified as the fatigue fracture. It was shown that spot - welding on the surface of the press frame pillar mainly resulted in the fracture.
