Die design for aluminium alloy constructional profiles

由于铝合金建筑型材的结构复杂，所以模具设计必须采用分流组合模结构。模具的分流孔布置、工作带的设计、焊合腔的设计等都直接影响到模具设计的成败。本文针对此题进行研究和论述，为铝合金模具设计提供参考。

s:Because of the complexity of structure for constructional profiles of aluminium alloy,die design must adopt the structure of porthole die,The arrangement of porthole pore of die,the design of work hand and welding chamber are all directly related with the success or failure of die design.This thesis focuses on the above subjects and provides some references for the die design of aluminium alloy.
