摘要
主要研究了(沉淀化)退火温度对Al-7.0Mg合金板材的剥落腐蚀(层蚀)性能的影响规律,结合微观组织分析了Al-7.0Mg合金中β相分布状态与合金剥落腐蚀性能的关系,指出β相的沿晶沉淀网膜是导致铝镁合金剥落腐蚀的根本原因。
The effect of annealing tempreature on the exfoliation corrosion resistance for Al-7.0Mg alloy sheet is studied The correlation of exfoliation corrosion with the β phase distribution inside Al-7.0Mg alloy was analyzed by means of microstructrre observation The results show that the basical reason of exfoliation corrosion for Al-Mg alloys is the continuous precipitation of β phase along grain boundaries.
