摘要
对Al2 O3 TiB2 ZrO2 三元复合陶瓷刀具的力学性能、连续切削工况下的磨损特性和断续切削工况下的抗冲击磨损特性进行了试验研究 ,结果表明 :用TiB2 、ZrO2 复合强化Al2 O3 陶瓷材料可进一步提高刀具的韧性和强度 ,而硬度无明显下降 ,从而可获得良好的综合力学性能和耐磨性能。
The mechanical performance of Al 2O 3 TiB 2 ZrO 2 compound ceramic cutters and their wear characteristics under the continuous and discontinuous cutting condition are experimental investigated. The results show that the toughness and strength of ceramic cutters are improved by adding TiB 2 and ZrO 2 particles into Al 2O 3 ceramic material, but without obvious decrease on the hardness of the cutters. So that ZrO 2 TiO 2 Al 2O 3 compound ceramic cutters show an excellent mechanical performance and wearing resistance.
