摘要
研制了一种可补偿切削刃磨损量的不铲齿成形铣刀 ,介绍了这种刀齿可调的装配式刀具的设计与制造方法。该刀具经反复重磨后 ,仍可保持切削刃的尺寸、形状参数和加工精度不变 ,且刀齿齿背曲线为圆弧过渡 ,不需铲齿。
A kind of non relieving forming milling cutter with adjustable teeth to compensate the cutting edge wear is developed. The design and manufacture methods of the assembled milling cutter are introduced. After the cutter is re ground, its cutting edge size and shape parameters and cutting accuracy remain the same. And the transitional curve on teeth back of the cutter is arc without needing to be relieved.
