摘要
对W9Mo3Cr4V高速钢机用锯条进行了退火工艺试验和锯切寿命试验 ,试验结果表明 ,不同退火工艺与锯条淬火回火硬度及锯切寿命之间不存在明显对应关系 ,但高温长时间退火对锯切寿命有不利影响。
The annealing experiments with different processes and the saw cutting life test on machine hacksaw blades made of W9Mo3Cr4V HHS are carried out. The results show that no obvious corresponding relationship is existed between different annealing processes and the Q tempering hardness and saw cutting life. However, the annealing process with the high temperature and a long time will cause a harmful influence on the saw cutting life of machine hacksaw blades.
