摘要
将超声振动引入普通聚晶金刚石 (PCD)研磨中去可以显著提高研磨效率 ,本文在分析PCD材料的微观结构和去除机理的基础上 ,对超声振动研磨PCD机理进行了深入研究 ,认为研磨轨迹的增长和超声振动的脉冲力的作用是提高研磨效率的主要原因。
The efficiency of lapping PCD is improved in ultrasonic vibration lapping. Based on the study of microstructure and removal mechanism of PCD, the mechanism of ultrasonic vibration lapping was studied.
