摘要
通过对某氧化铝厂种分车间实际生产数据的采集和处理 ,由铝酸钠溶液种分过程反应速率方程得到了种分过程 5 5 .5℃和 6 0℃的Rpeq分别为 0 .5 93和 0 .6 2 4,并由Rp 随时间变化的方程计算了不同温度制度下Rp 及(Rp-Rpeq)随时间变化的关系 ,讨论了生产过程中温度控制的基本原则 ,提出适当的中间降温是提高种分过程反应速率及保证良好产品质量的有力措施。
The important parameter R peq was estimated to be 0.593 and 0.624 at 55.5?℃ and 60?℃ during the practical Bayer precipitation process from the kinetic equation of sodium aluminate precipitation. The relation of R p and ( R p- R peq ) with time on different temperature drop program was determined with the data available from the equation of variation of R p via time. By the analysis of that, it was concluded that a proper temperature drop program is the guarantee of quick precipitation of the product and high quality of the product.
