The heat treatment as an important process of automobile manufacturing industry will also be confronted with sharp competition and severe challenge along with the coming date of China joining WTO.Therefore people should grasp every chance to work actively,and give full play to the administrative innovation,scientific technology and personal ability with more intensive manner.And ISO 9000 criterion and industry criterion should be taken as an innovative beginning on the fields of management, administrative basis and administrative process should be rebuilt.On the other hand we should research and develop new technology,emphasize key points,put more investment and achieve developing results as soon as possible.Finally the development of human resource and personal training should be strengthened to meet the international economic situation.
