摘要
利用X射线衍射、金相和透射电镜分析方法 ,分析了ZGMn13钢辙叉和U71Mn钢钢轨加介质闪光焊接接头组织。结果表明 ,ZGMn13钢焊接热影响区内无碳化物析出 ,U71Mn钢接头无马氏体产生 ,介质熔合区内形成宽约 5 0 μm的纳米晶组织 。
The joint microstructure of ZGMn13 steel crossing and U71Mn steel rail and welding material were analysed by means of X ray diffraction,metallograph and TEM.It is shown that there is no carbide in HAZ of ZGMn13 steel,no martensite in HAZ of U71Mn steel.A nanocrystalline layer with about the width of 50μm is formed in the bond area of the welding materials and a little martensite is strain induced in the bond area of ZGMn13 steel.
