电浮法玻璃的化稳性及脱色问题研究

摘要 电浮法工艺可使浮法玻璃表面着色,并可改善上表面的化学稳定性.电浮法玻璃的着色面会因霉变引起局部脱色,作者通过对脱色样品的X射线微区分析指出,主要是因为表面发霉所产生的多孔层的厚度超过了着色离子的渗入深度. The Surface of Float Glass can be coloured and the stability of its upper layer can be improved by the Electro-Float Process as well. There may be partial decolourisation on the coloured surface of the glass caused by weathering.After an X-ray analysis of micro spot on coloured surfase, the author pointed that it is mainly because the thickness of the weathering porous surfase exceeded the infiltrated depth of the colouring ion.
