利用毛细管流变仪 ,在对 3 3 3 1模料流变性能测试的基础上 ,根据其流变曲线 ,分析了如何制定注蜡工艺 ,最佳匹配注蜡口、模料温度、注蜡压力 。

Using capillary rheometer, the rheology of wax 3 3 3 1 was tested. According to the rheological curves, the relationship between wax temperature, injection pressure,injection techniques and injection system was analyzed. Optimized parameters were tested in production.
