针对大型球铁管件出现的铸造缺陷 (缩孔、缩松 ) ,采取改进浇注系统 ,完善铸造工艺 ,规范操作行为等措施。提高了铸件的成品率 。

New production processes were introduced in production of large size nodular cast iron pipes. Based on the processes, sound casting were obtained.
