摘要
用失重法研究颗粒浓度、旋转速度、液体介质对杂质泵过流部件材料磨损与汽蚀的影响。通过 12种材料对比试验 ,探索硬度与磨损、韧性与汽蚀之间的关系。结果表明 :含Cr、W、Mo的材料硬度高、抗磨损性能好 ;含Ti、Ni、Al的材料韧性高、抗汽蚀性能好 ;既有高硬度 ,又有良好韧性的材料抗磨蚀性能好 ;材料的抗磨性与材料本身的硬度有关 ;材料的抗空蚀性与材料本身的塑性。
This paper studies the influence of particulate density, spinning speed, liquid medium to the meterials of working part of impurities pump by means of weighth loss to find out the hardness to wear and the ductility to cavitation for 12 kinds of materials. The results indicate: materials containing Cr,W,Mo have better hardness and wear resistance property; materials of containing Ti,Ni,Al have better ductility and cavitation resistance; wear resistance of materials the relates to hardness of materials itself,cavitation resistance of materials relates to ductility and strengh of materials itself.
