摘要
研究了快速原型技术与精密石膏型相结合制造快速经济模具的新工艺 ,以橡胶轮胎模具制造为例 ,分析了在快速模具制造过程中的主要流程 ,指出了该工艺的关键技术 ,制造的模具尺寸精度可达CT3~4级 ,表面粗糙度达到Ra=0.8~3.2μm ,可以大幅度缩短模具制造周期 ,降低成本 ,是一种很有前途的金属模具快速制造技术。
A novel process for rapid and economical tooling manufacture combining rapid prototyping and precision plaster casting was studied. Through the example of manufacturing a mould for the rubber tire, the main process flow of rapid tooling manufacture was analyzed and the key techniques of the process were pointed out. The dimensional precision of the mould manufactured can reach CT3 or CT4 and the surface roughness can reach Ra0.8~3.2μm. The process can greatly shorten the tooling manufacturing cycle and lower the cost and is an up_and_coming rapid manufacturing technology for metal tooling.
