摘要
分析比较了密封盖的新旧工艺 ,经工艺分析及计算 ,采用落料、拉伸、冲孔、切边复合模具 ,可节省原材料、提高生产率及降低产品成本。
The new and old technological processes for the sealing cover were analyzed and compared. Through technological analysis and calculation, it could save raw material, increase production efficiency and lower product cost by using the blanking, drawing, piercing and trimming compound die. The calculation of the blank dimensions of the sealing cover and the design of the die structure were introduced.
