Study on the Compound Strengthening Process for the Cold Extruding Die for the Piston Pins

分析了冷挤压活塞销凸模的受力情况和主要失效形式。采用热处理、磨削、低温氮碳共渗和滚压的复合强化 。

The stress and the main failure form of the cold extruding die for the piston pins were analyzed. By adopting the compound strengthening process of heat treatment, grinding, nitrocarburizing and rolling, the fatigue strength and the service life of the die could be improved.
