摘要
介绍了一种对汽车门后框进行包边的包边模 ,分折边、压边两个工位 ,可同时对左、右后框进行包边 ,包边效率高且包边圆角过渡均匀 。
An flanging die for flanging the edge of the back frame of auto doors was introduced. It has two operating positions including folding and pressing and could flanging the edges of the right and left back frames at the same time. The flanging efficiency is high and the bead radius transition of the flanged edge is even. The calculating expressions for the danger cross section of the lower folding half of the die and for the minimum bevel angle of the upper pressing half were given.
