摘要
介绍了斜向及直向同时进行脱模发生干涉时采用的三次分型顺序脱模的方法 ,该方法解决了干涉现象 ,达到了顺序脱模 。
When demoulding horizontally and vertically at the same time, the interference between the slide and the core happens. A method of parting in three steps and sequential demoulding was adopted to solve the interference phenomenon. The demoulding was made in sequence and it ensured the product quality.
