测定了 6种高速钢的红硬性 ,结果发现高速钢的红硬性主要决定于淬火加热时溶入奥氏体中的碳化物的量 ,Co只能提高二次硬化效应 ,但不能提高红硬性。 6 0 0℃以上 ,M 42的红硬性低于M2Si 4及M
In this paper,the red hardness of six different high speed steel M42,Co3N,M2Al,M2Si 4,M2 and M2Si 3 have been measured. It was found,that the red hardness of H.S.S.depends mainly on the quantity of the carbide,which is dissolved into austenite in austenization and cobalt can increase secondary hardening effect only,but can not improve the red hardness.The red hardness of M42 is lower than that of M2Si 4 and M2Al,when the temperature is higher than 600℃.
