摘要
研究了淬火温度对CrMoCu低合金铸铁硬度的影响 ,发现铬促进铸铁中出现独立的合金碳化物而不利于基体硬度的提高 ,较高的硅量也会降低铸铁的淬后硬度。指出试验铸铁淬火温度的确定主要受碳、硅、铬的影响 。
The paper studied the effects of hardening temperature on CrMoCu low alloy cast iron.It found out that chromium resulted in alloying carbide and hence hampered the enhancement of matrix hardness,and silicon was harmful to matrix hardness.The authors think that the hardening temperature of the cast irons is mainly determined by carbon,silicon and chromium.And the higher hardening temperature should be selected if the iron contains higher silicon and chromium.
