摘要
利用电容器组脉冲放电装置对 45钢施行快速加热淬火 ,加热速度可达 10 6℃ /s,功率密度可达 10 5W/cm2 。试验表明 ,脉冲放电淬火法是实现超快速加热的好方法 。
In this paper,the super rapid heating hardening of 45 steel samples by means of condenser block pulse discharging is introduced.During experiment,the heating rate and power density respectively reach 10 6℃/s and 10 5W/cm 2.The experimental results show that the pulse discharging hardening is a proper method to bring about super rapid heating and has some practical values.
