研究了热处理工艺对复合细化后的CuZnAl形状记忆合金组织与耐磨性能的影响。结果表明 ,不同热处理工艺处理的CuZnAl形状记忆合金的室温组织不一样 ,不同的组织对合金的磨损性能有影响。轻载荷下 ,合金的M相比 β相耐磨 ,两级时效处理的合金耐磨性能优于分级淬火处理的合金 ;在较重载荷 (2 94N)下 ,15
The effects of heat treatment processes on the structures and wearability of CuZnAl shape memory alloys(SMA) under sliding were studied.The results show that different heat treatment processes influence the structures and the wearability of CuZnAl SMA.Under lower load,martensite phase in CuZnAl SMA has better wearability than β phase,the wearability of CuZnAl SMA treated by two grade aging is better than that of the alloys treated by graded quenching.But under heavier load,the wear resistance of the two CuZnAl (RE) SMA respectively treated by the two different processes are contrary to that under lower load.
