摘要
用SEM、AFM、AES研究了化学处理后Ni Ti合金表面形貌和成分。结果表明 ,钙化后的表面形貌随钙化时间的增加而改变 ,钙化 1天时 ,Ni Ti合金表面已形成了大量的钙磷晶体 ,但还不能完全将基体覆盖 ,小晶体的尺寸 <2 0 0nm。钙化 5天时 ,表面已形成一层均匀的钙磷层 ,钙磷层是由众多颗粒组成。AES分析表明 ,钙化 5天时 ,表面存在的主要元素为O、Ni、Ti、Ca、P。深度剖析表明 ,钙磷层的厚度超过 1 45 μm ,且与基体间存在互扩散 ,即存在梯度过渡层。剖面分析表明 ,试验获得了近6 0
Surface morphology and composition of Ca P coating through chemical modification on Ni Ti alloy have been analyzed by SEM,AFM and AES.When calcified one day,apatite layer was formed on Ni Ti alloy surface,but not covered completely.A uniform and continuous coating was formed when calcified five days,and the thickness was more than 1.45μm.It is indicated that a smooth graded interface structure was formed between Ni Ti alloy and the apatite layer by AES analysis.The smooth graded interface structures give a tight bond of the apatite layer and Ni Ti alloy substrates.
