摘要
提出了一个描述热处理炉三维瞬态非线性温度场的有限元模型 ,该模型综合考虑了辐射、材料热物性参数和边界条件等复杂因素。根据此模型 ,使用大型非线性有限元软件MARC ,对 72kW井式渗氮炉温度场进行模拟计算 ,模拟结果与实测结果吻合较好。由此提供了一种良好的热处理炉虚拟生产手段 。
A three dimensional (3D),transient and nonlinear finite element model for describing the temperature field of heat treatment furnace is presented in this paper.The complicated nonlinear factors such as boundary conditions,physical properties,radiations are considered in this model.Following the above stated model,the 3D nonlinear FEM analysis system MARC is used to simulate the temperature field of 72 kW pit type nitriding furnace,where an incremental iteration method is used.The computer simulation results of 72 kW pit type nitriding furnace are well consistent with those of measurements.The work provides an excellent method for virtual manufacturing of heat treatment furnaces.It will become the core technology of intelligent heat treatment.
