摘要
研究了高速钢轧材在台车式电阻炉中退火加热过程中 ,各因素对脱碳的影响。并根据试验结果 ,提出了装箱改进措施 。
The effects of various factors on decarburization of high speed tool steel annealed in bogie hearth electric furnace were investigated in this paper.According to the test results,an improvement measure was taken by using cast iron pipe in stead of the original packing tools,and the problem of decarburization of high speed steel annealed in bogie hearth furnace is solved in the production.
