摘要
根据塑性力学的基本理论 ,分析了大型厚壁半球形封头的拉伸工艺 ,用解析法求解了平板毛坯与制件间的壁厚和径向尺寸对应规律。经实验证实 ,理论解与实测结果一致 ,对工艺参数的选取。
Based on the plastic mechanics,the drawing process of large scale thick wall hemispherical primary head has been analysed,and the corresponding law of wall thickness and radial size between plate blank and product has been obtained using analytics,Test result shows that the result get from the theory is in accordance with the practical value.Moreover,the paper has much reference value on process parameter selection,dies design and improving manufacture level.
