摘要
通过含锑复合孕育剂与 BaSi及 75FeSi的对比试验,得出含锑复合孕育剂具有提高强 度和硬度,改善断面敏感性的结论。生产应用验证,该复合孕育剂可使化学成分在 3.87% ~ 3 94% CE、 0.25%~ 0.49% Cr、 0.43%~ 0.52% Cu成分范围内的铸件抗拉强度 达 290.5~ 335MPa,硬度达 210HB以上,可应用于无缸套缸体,满足耐磨性要求。
An experiment to compare the effect of antimon- containing compound in oculant,BaSi and 75SiFe showed that Sb- containing inoculant has the effect to increase strength and hardness,as well as,to improve section- sensitivity.Appli cation of this inoculant in production proved that when composition was in the r ange of 3.87%~ 3.94% CE,0.25%~ 0.49% Cr,0.43%~ 0.52% Cu,the tensile str ength of cast iron could reach the level of 290.5~ 335MPa,and the hardness of t he block proper could be 210HB and higher,so it could be used to make linerless cylinder block to meet the requirement of wear- resistance.
