蜂毒素诱导人T淋巴细胞白血病细胞株6T-CEM的凋亡作用

APOPTOSIS OF HUMAN ACUTE T LYMPHOCYTE LEUKEMIA CELL LINE 6T-CEM INDUCED BY MELITTIN

目的 :探讨蜂毒素诱导人T淋巴细胞白血病细胞株 6T CEM的凋亡作用。方法 :利用DNA断裂点标记法 (TUNEL)、DNA凝胶电泳、活细胞拒染以及光镜方法研究 6T CEM细胞的凋亡。结果 :5 μg/ml蜂毒素作用 4h及 4 μg/ml蜂毒素作用 2 4h诱导 6T CEM出现明显的凋亡特征。结论 :蜂毒素在杀伤 6T CEM的同时能明显诱导细胞凋亡。

Objective:To explore the role of melittin in inducing apoptosis of human acute T lymphocyte leukemia cell line 6T CEM.Method:TUNEL assay, DNA gel electrophoresis,Trypan blue staining method and optical microscopy were used to observe apoptosis.Result:Apoptosis characteristics of 6T CEM cells were obviously induced by melittin 5 μg/ml for 4 hours and melittin 4 μg/ml for 24 hours.Conclusion:Appropriate dosage melittin has toxicity on 6T CEM cells,at the same time it can induce apoptosis of them.
