糖康明胶囊对糖尿病大鼠血糖、血脂及血液流变性影响

EFFECTS OF TANGKANGMING CAPSULE ON BLOOD GLUCOSE, BLOOD LIPIDS,HEMORRHEOLOGY IN DIABETIC RATS

目的 :探讨糖康明胶囊对糖尿病大鼠血糖、血脂及血液流变性的影响。方法 :分别以糖康明胶囊低、高剂量给大鼠灌胃给药 ,连续 15d。结果 :糖康明胶囊对正常大鼠血糖及血清胰岛素含量均无影响 ,但对四氧嘧啶所致的高血糖大鼠的血糖有明显降低作用 ,同时能升高血清胰岛素含量 ,降低总胆固醇、三酰甘油及血液粘度。结论 :糖康明胶囊降糖作用与刺激胰岛 β细胞释放胰岛素等有关。

Objective:To study the effects of Tangkangming capsule on blood glucose,blood lipids and hemorrheology in diabetic rats.Method:Low,high dosage of Tangkangming capsule were adminstrated by intragastric injection for 15 days.Result:Tangkangming capsule had no effect on blood glucose and serum insulin in the normal rats.But in the diabetic rats,it could decrease the blood glucose,increase the serum insulin,and decrease the total cholesterol,triacylglycerol and the blood viscosity.Conclusion:the hypoglycemic action of Tangkangming capsule is related to the release of insulin by stimulating the β cell of pancreas islet.
