中国慢性肾衰病人血清二乙基-对硝基苯磷酸酯酶活性与脂质代谢的关系

Relationship Between Serum Paraoxonase 1 Activity and Peroxidation Levels of Plasma Lipids in Chinese Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

摘要 目的探讨血清二乙基 -对硝基苯磷酸酯酶( paraoxonase ,PON 1)活性与中国人慢性肾功能衰竭(chronicrenalfailure ,CRF)发病及PON 1在体内血清中发生作用时与血浆脂质过氧化水平变化之间的关系。方法分别选择性地检测了年龄、性别均相匹配的慢性肾衰病人组 (n =6 2 )和健康对照组 (n =6 2 )血清PON 1活性、丙二醛 (MDA)及血脂水平。结果慢性肾衰病人血清PON 1活性 ( 36 3 .34U /ml± 10 5 .6 3U /ml)明显低于健康对照组 ( 5 5 8.38U/ml± 16 1.5 0U /ml) ,慢性肾衰病人组血清MDA水平 ( 5 .93nmol/ml± 1.74nmol/ml)明显高于健康对照组 ( 4 .0 3nmol/ml± 0 .99nmol/ml) ,两者比较 ,差异均有显著性 ;血清PON 1酶活性与血浆高密度脂蛋白 -胆固醇 (HDL -C)呈显著正相关 (r =0 .472 ,P <0 .0 1) ,与血清MDA、TG、CHO或LDL -C之间无相关性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论PON 1活性降低与中国人CRF发生有密切关系 ,其在体内发生作用时与HDL -C有关 。 ObjectiveTo investigate the changes of serum paraoxonase1(PON1) activity among Chinese patients with chronic renal failure (CRF) and the interrelationship between serum PON1 and peroxidation level of plasma lipids at the onset of disease.MethodsSerum PON1 activity , serum malondialdehyde(MDA) levels and blood levels of lipids and lipoproteins were estimated in 62 Chinese patients with CRF and 62 age-and sex-matched healthy subjects. ResultsSerum PON 1 activities in CRF patients (363.34±105.63 U/ml) were significantly lower than those in the control group (558.38±161.50U/ml; P<0.01); whereas their serum MDA levels (5.93±1.74 nmol/ml) were significantly elevated (P<0.01) as compared with those of contols ( 4.03 ±0.99 nmol/ml). A statistically significant positive correlation (r=0.472,P<0.01) existed between serum PON1 activity and plasma levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C). There were no statistically significant correlations between serum PON 1 activity and serum MDA,TG,CHO or LDL-C levels(P>0.05). ConclusionsA decline of serum PON1 activity appears to play an important role in the occurrence of CRF among Chinese. The change of serum PON 1 activity in vivo is statistically related to plasma levels of HDL-C, but it shows no any statistical correlation with the lipids peroxidation.
