摘要
文章对催化装置余热锅炉省煤器泄漏原因进行了分析 ,指出省煤器结构不合理和烟气露点腐蚀是造成省煤器管束频繁泄漏的主要原因。通过调整运行和对省煤器烟箱结构进行改造 ,使泄漏问题得到了克服。
The analysis of coalescer leakage in FCC waste heat boiler showed that the frequent leaks of the coalescer tubes were mainly caused by the improper coalescer construction and flue gas dew point corrosion. The modification of the flue gas box construction and the adjustment of the operation have eliminated the leakage.
