摘要
利用一种新型的检测方法 -PCM管道电流测绘系统 ,对胜利油田几个采油厂埋地钢质管道外防护层质量进行了检测 ,根据检测讯号突变情况和所绘制的曲线斜率大小 ,可系统评价油田输送管道的外防护层质量状况。讯号突变部位一般对应防护层存在漏点部位 ,而绘制曲线的斜率越大 ,反应防护层质量越差。
A new testing method-PCM pipeline current measuring system was applied in the testing of external corrosion protection coatings of the buried steel pipelines in several oil production plants in Shengli Oil Field. The external coating quality of oil delivery pipelines could be systematically evaluated based upon the sudden change of testing signal and slope of the curve. Where there was a sudden signal change, there was a leak point in the protective coating. The sharper the slope, the lower the quality of the protective coating.
