2 30 1S是安徽省农科院水稻所选育的籼型温敏核不育系 ,2 0 0 0年 8月通过安徽省技术鉴定。 2 30 1S不育株率 10 0 % ,花粉败育率 99.99% ,套袋自交不实率 10 0 % ,不育起点温度较低 ,在合肥不育期 30d以上 ;开花习性好 ,异交结实率高达 5 7% ;加工品质和外观品质优良 ,但直链淀粉含量过高 ;对白叶枯病和稻瘟病抗性分别为高抗 (1级 )和抗 (2级 )。

S, derived from a sterile plant in the F 2 generation of the cross of Zhenong 40/Annong S 1 6 and developed by way of directional selection, is an indica thermo sensitive genic male sterile (TGMS) line. Its critical sterility inducing temperature (CSIT) was low at about 23.5℃. Grown in Hefei, it had a long stable sterile period over 30 days with 100% sterile plant rate, 99.99% pollen sterility rate and no bagged selfed seed set. It was acceptible in its milling and appearence quality, but its amylose content was high at 32.4%. It showed good resistance to blast and bacterial leaf blight. It had a good flowering habit and its outcrossing rate was over 57% in hybrid seed production. 2301S was technically identified in Anhui Province in August, 2000.
