摘要
本文综述了苯丙酮酸的合成方法 :α -乙酰氨基肉桂酸水解法、乙内酰脲与苯甲醛合成法、海因法和双羰基化法。其中详述了双羰基化合成苯丙酮酸的方法。探讨了苯丙铜酸的合成前景。
Some kinds of synthetic methods of phenylpyruvic acid are introduced in this article, such as the hydrolyzation of α-acetamido-cinnamic acid; the synthesis of glycolylurea and benzaldehyde; the alkaline hydrolysis of hydantoin; double-carbonylation. And doublecarbonylation is illustrated in detail. The synthetic prospect of phenylpyruvic acid is also probed.
