摘要
阐述了运用高新技术手段对重大危险源进行监控预警的必要性,介绍了监控预警的主要技术内容,论述了重大危险源计算机监控预警系统的组成结构,提出了相应的事故应急防范预案。
Necessity of pre-warning of monitor and control for important dangerous sources was described by means of high technology measures. Its primary technical content was introduced. Its main computer constituents were discussed and corresponding pre-cases of emergency prevention from accidents were provided.
