摘要
对现有本体法聚丙烯生产装置,在不增加主体设备的情况下,通过调整工艺流程,在对公用工程、仪表系统、回收系统适当改造后,大幅度提高装置的生产能力,实现了以较少的投入获得较大经济效益的挖潜改造的目的。
On the condition that not add any main equipment, the capacity of original polypropylene (PP) unit using bulk polymerization technology has been increased by large scale through adjusting process scheme and appropriate re- vamp of utility, instrument and recovery system. The revamping purpose has been achieved in less investment input and obtaining better economical benefits.
