摘要
介绍一种新型脱胂催化剂的制备方法,该催化剂的组分由①CuO或Cu_2②ZnO③Al_2O_3④ⅠB、ⅡB、Ⅷ族元素的氧化物组成。工业应用实验证明,该催化剂具有净化深度高(≤10×10^(-9)),净化容量大(≥18mgAs/gcat.),达到或超出国外同类催化剂指标,能满足聚烯烃工业生产的需要。
A preparation method of a new de-arsine catalyst has been introduced. The catalyst is composed of ①CuO or ②ZnO③Al2O3④Ⅰ BⅡ BⅧ elementary oxide. It has been proved by industry application test that the catalyst has high purifying depth(≤10* 10-9)and purifying capacity (≥18mgAs/gcat.) .The catalyst reaches or oversteps the similar one in offshore. It can meet the requirement of polyolefin industry production.
