提出了有效提高填料塔内槽盘式气液分布器水平度的预补偿挠度水平梁方案 ,对该方案的理论误差值进行了严谨的分析与计算。该方案理论计算简便可靠 ,容易实施。

A program is put forward to resolve the problem that the levelness of the trough pan liquid gas distributor is difficult to be assured in assembly by pre compensating deflection of the beam. The theoretical calculation of this program is simple and reliable and is easy to be put into execution. The theoretical error of this program have analyzed and calculated rigorously.
