摘要
以水合肼、浓硫酸与顺丁烯二酸酐为原料合成马来酰肼。考虑了搅拌速率、温度、时间、顺丁烯二酸酐与水合肼的用量比对反应的影响 ,得到优化的反应条件为 :反应温度 90~ 94℃ ,反应时间 4 5h ,顺丁烯二酸酐与水合肼的物质的量之比为 1 1:1 0 ,此时产物的收率为 85 6 %
Maleic Hgdrazide was prepared by the reaction of hydrazine sulfate and maleic anhydride.Effects of stirring rate,temperature,operation time and molar ratio of maleic anhydride and hydrazine hydrate were dis cussed.The optimum operation cond;tions were stirring rate 70 r/min,temperature 90~94℃,operation time 4 5 h,molar ratio of maleic anhydride to hydrazine hydrate 1 1:1 0.The yield was 85 6%.
