摘要
介绍了催化裂化或蒸汽裂解副产C4 馏分中 2 -丁烯深加工技术及其最新进展。 2 -丁烯来源广泛、价格低廉 ,但目前在我国尚未得到合理的开发和利用。针对以上情况 ,简述了利用 2 -丁烯生产 2 -甲基丁醇、醋酸仲丁酯和仲丁醇等几种有前途的化工原料的技术 ,并详述了国内外开发利用 2 -丁烯生产丙烯的新工艺技术情况。利用 2 -丁烯生产 2 -甲基丁醇、醋酸仲丁酯、仲丁醇和丙烯 ,不但可以缓解我国对这些化工原料的供需矛盾 ,而且还可带来较高的经济效益。这些深加工技术为 2 -丁烯的开发利用开拓了空间 。
The deep processing technology of 2 - butene in by - produced C4 stream of FCC or vapor pyrolysis and its progress are introduced. 2 - Butene is full in source, low in price, but is not reasonably developed and utilized in China now. Based on the cases above mentioned, the technologies and utilities of 2 - butene which are more perspective as chemical source in the production of 2 - methyl butyl alcohol, sec - butyl acetate or sec - butyl alcohol were introduced briefly. Using 2 - butene to produce 2 - methyl butyl alcohol, sec - butyl acetate or sec - butyl alcohol, not only supply and demand questions can be solved, but also more profits can be gained. These technologies make rooms for the utilities of 2 - butene, and gain benefits for refineries.
