摘要
ERP(企业资源计划系统 )是建立在信息技术基础上 ,整合了企业管理理念、业务流程、基础数据、人力物力、计算机硬件和软件于一体的企业资源管理系统。在我国 ,有许多企业从 80年代起就开始应用MRP -Ⅱ ,到 90年代后 ,ERP取代了MRP -Ⅱ成为许多企业应用的工具 ,但是成功率不高。因此 ,应用ERP时必须正确认识风险 ,控制风险 ,降低风险。在此基础上 ,企业要成功实施ERP系统应该有正确的ERP选型 ,高层领导态度明确 ,进行业务流程的重组 ,培训要贯穿ERP系统实施的始终 。
Based on information technology, ERP is an enterprise resource management system integrated with enterprise management theory, business process, basic data, manpower and materials, computer hardware and software. Many enterprises began to apply MRP-II in the early 1980's and ERP instead of MRP-II in the 1990's was used in mang enterprises with little success. Therefore, it is necessary to sense the risk, control it and lower it. In order to apply ERP system successfully, the following conditions should be guaranteed, including the correct type of ERP, the sound attitude of the higher managers, business process reengineering, a good beginning and ending of ERP application and management consultation.
