At present, the new-economy originated in America is rapidly sweeping over the world at the uncommon speed. The new-economy requires the new style organizational structure, internet organization (IO) is just the model which is suitable for the new-economy's need. This paper introduces the organization and the definition of IO, and analyses its characteristic, superiority and difference from virtual organization.
