摘要
考察了对大直径中间相沥青炭单丝 (LDMCF)的高温热处理 ,以及LDMCF与大直径中间相沥青纤维在不同氧化条件下的关系。结果表明 ,随着热处理温度和氧化恒温时间的增加 (氧化恒温时间最长达 8h) ,LDMCF的d0 0 2 和电阻率 (ρ)减小 ;LC0 0 2 、取向度、 g因子和力学性能相应提高 ,LDMCF从乱层碳结构逐渐过渡到石墨微晶结构。在相同热处理温度 (HTT)和氧化条件下 ,两种LDMCF具有不同的d0 0 2 、LC0 0 2 、取向度、 g因子、ρ和力学性能 ,其间的差异与常压和加压制备LDMCF的前驱体中间相沥青有关。
