摘要
本文借助扫描电子显微镜、普通光学显微镜对静压法合成金刚石过程中产生的白颗粒进行了较详细的研究。形成的白颗粒总结为 4种不同的类型 :表面呈团絮状显微裂隙型、晶面发育不良型、内部呈弥散状气态包体型和微晶集合体型。并进一步认为白颗料的产生与金刚石合成过程中的温度和压力有关。碳片过薄也易产生白颗粒。通过精确控制温度和压力、选择厚薄适中的碳片以及调整好合成工艺可以控制白颗粒的产生。
White crystals formed in process of synthetic diamonds were relatively extensive studied by the optical microscope and the scanning electron microscope in this paper.The white crystals are summarized as four distinct types:the flocculent microcracks,the scattered gas inclusions,the malnourished sides and the multi-crystal musters.The formation of white diamonds is further considered as being associated with the temperature and pressure in the process of synthesizing diamonds.Too thin graphite sections will also result in white diamonds.By controlling temperature and pressure precisely,choosing proper graphite sections thickness and adjusting synthetic techniques,white diamonds can be prevented.
